We proactively anticipate to the developments in good governance. We are continuously increasing the talent pool of supervisory board members. We support and guide (starting) non-executives in their personal development. We are raising the bar on onboarding. But our most important mission: to broaden & professionalize the composition of Supervisory Boards.
We do this sometimes by agenda setting, but we do this mostly together with our clients. That’s where we bring quality to the table and that’s where we make the difference.
